Addressing a real architectural challenge, ASD took on the task of reshaping a modest, aging structure into the owners' envisioned dream home with budget constraints in mind. Doubling the square footage, we strategically preserved key features like the original fireplace, opting to retain only the foundation walls and building upon them to maximize cost efficiency. The result is a charming and functional house, blending the old and new seamlessly. The carefully crafted floor plan and endearing main elevation not only met but exceeded the owners' expectations, leaving them thoroughly satisfied with their transformed dwelling.
